Telescoping Hangers have a very substantial pipe clamp to attach to a lighting grid. The pipe clamp has been slightly offset to allow the riser or drop down tube to slide up when there is sufficient room between the grid and the ceiling. MSE Telescoping Hangers are available in double stage.
